As per the regulations set by the Government, we kindly ask that all guests (whether occupying a single, double, or triple room) bring a photo identification document to show during check-in. If you are a foreign national, you will need to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian nationals, any government-issued photo ID address proof card such as a driver’s license, passport, Aadhar card, or voter’s ID card is acceptable, but a PAN Card will not suffice. Additionally, please have proof of your corporate affiliations readily available if you have booked a corporate stay.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card. All major credit cards are accepted.

To avoid a cancellation fee of one night’s accommodation charge, it is necessary to cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. However, if you have made a reservation with 100% advance deposit as part of a promotional offer, the reservation cannot be cancelled, refunded, or changed for the entire duration of your stay.

Once the hotel receives a cancellation request from the guest in accordance with the cancellation/no show policy, they will promptly contact the bank to initiate the refund process. The refund will be credited to the same credit card that was used for the initial purchase. Normally, the refunded amount will appear in the following billing cycle of the credit card. However, depending on the bank’s procedures, the actual crediting process may take approximately 30-45 business days.

We will be happy to confirm group reservations against an advance or on receipt of a valid credit card number and card expiry date.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel, reduce, or modify a confirmed reservation, please do so at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If any portion of a conference or group booking is cancelled or modified, or if there is a no-show within 30 days or less of the check-in date, a retention charge will be incurred as follows: • Number of cancelled rooms or no-shows multiplied by one night and the applicable daily rate per room, including taxes. Additionally, if any participants check out early, retention charges will be applied to the nights that were booked but will now be released due to the early check-out.
Please note that reservations made on non-cancellable or non-amendable packages or rates cannot be cancelled or amended. If you attempt to do so, the full amount of the advance payment will be treated as a cancellation fee.

Two children who are 11 years old or younger can stay in their parents’ room without incurring any extra fees. However, a maximum of one additional bed for a child can be provided in the room at no extra cost.
If the child is over 8 years old but less than 12 years old, they can still stay in the parents’ room. However, if an extra bed is needed, it will be subject to an additional charge.
For children over the age of 12, a separate room will be necessary and will be charged at the applicable room rate for the parents. No extra bed will be provided for anyone over the age of 12

The Indian Government has implemented a regulation that prohibits smoking in hotels, restaurants, and all public places. As a result, smoking is not allowed in any area of the hotel, except for in designated guest rooms. If you require a smoking room, please let us know when you make your reservation.Â

Cancellation made after 12 noon, 72 hrs prior to the check-in date: One night’s room rate will be billed to your card.
